PS3 finally gets Blu-ray 3D playback

According to the official Playstation 3 Blog, the PS3 will finally be getting 3D Blu-Ray support! This is set to occur via the next system software update (v.3.50), slated for release on Tuesday September 21. Of course, you will still need your own 3D equipped TV and Sony's 3D glasses to be able to use the 3D functionality.

Saw this this morning. Its looking good. Sony are definately getting a move one now. They have plenty of exclusive deals on the way with games like assassins creed brotherhood, portal 2, dead space 2 etc.
Gran Turismo 5 is here in just over a month too. That is the time in which I will die of lack of sleep and malnutrition.
