    Basically a blog is basically a journal that is available on the web. It works in a hierarchy system where each post each user makes will appear above their last post. So basically each user has a main page and each post or blog entry that person makes will show up above their last.

    From blogger.com - "In simple terms, a blog is a web site, where you write stuff on an ongoing basis. New stuff shows up at the top, so your visitors can read what's new."
