My New Crysis Wars Server

Now that I have redone most of my computer and installed Windows 7, I've decided it's time to redo my Crysis Wars server. My previous server was done on SSM AEGIS 1.1. Yes the server side mod became outdated, but the features in my server were among the best out there. Since the SSM website is now useless and many of Crymod's download links are now broken, I had no choice but to begin with the latest SSM Patriot 1.1.2. And this proved to be nothing more than a waste of my time. Full of bugs and SSM AEGIS had more features to boot. However I have acquired SSM AX2.1.1 which is amazing. I hope to bring a balanced and enjoyable server to Crysis Wars for everyone to play on.
This server is a work in progress. It will be running for the time being, but mods are still ongoing!
Details
Since I'm too cheap to pay for a server, I run it on my own computer just like I always have. But it won't be a lagfest for most people. I have run my 32 slot server with minimal lag for years, starting with the first Crysis. The only real problems come from those in Russia, Australia and farther. My server is located on the Eastern coast of the United States, and run on the following computer.

My internet provider is Verizon FiOS which has less issues than Cablevision. My internet speed is 30 mb/s download, 10 mb/s upload but as you can see my Killer 2100 decided to improve things a bit, for the upload speed.
Now you know the machine the server runs on, so now here is some general information on the server.

- Teamkill Punish Limit: 3 Teamkills = 1 minute in the penalty box

- Auto Team Balance Threshold: Two - meaning if one team has two more players than the other, then auto team balance will initiate.
- Teamlock: One - meaning if one team has one more player than the other, then you can't join that team.
Server Rules
The rules of my server are straightforward and you won't find any stupid rules here.
- No Cheating: Cheaters get permabanned. This includes hackers, people with modded client files that affect gameplay and glitchers get a warning followed by a kick if they continue.
- No Pointless Teamkilling: Once you get 10 teamkills you're automatically kicked.
That's all! Baseraping and bunker raping are fine by me. They're valid tactics, and baseraping sucks due to the indestructible auto turrets.
General Modifications
These are mods that apply to all game modes.
- Spam Messages: The server has three spam messages that appear at the top center of the screen. The first one is a GND advertisement, second tells you to use !commands to view all chat commands (see below) and the third one tells you that there is a hidden TAC Launcher on all IA/TIA maps.
- Chat Messages: Saying "ssm" or "ax2" in chat brings up an advertisement showing that this server uses SSM AX2.
- Modified vehicle damage. Bullets do less damage to vehicles and explosives do more damage to cars. AAA does less damage to armored ground vehicles.
- Increased sys_budget values for possibly increased resource usage.
- Modified ammo capacities. You can now hold 200 spare SCAR rounds instead of 160, 150 spare FY71 rounds instead of 120, 250 spare SMG rounds instead of 160, 12 spare FGL 40 grenades instead of 6, 3 of each type of hand grenade, 5 spare 40mm rifle grenades instead of 3, 25 spare Gauss rounds instead of 20, 50 spare DSG-1 rounds instead of 40, 4 AV mines instead of 2, 4 Claymores instead of 3 and 4 C4 charges instead of 1.
- New: Added chat commands. There are tons of these. Enter into chat (y or u) !commands to view a full list of chat commands!
- New: Added vehicles on most IA/TIA maps!
- New: Added a hidden TAC Launcher on every single IA/TIA map! Battle Ground is unique and has TWO TAC Launchers.
- New: Added trolleys to every map.
- Graphics modification will be seen by anyone running good visuals or best visuals. Increased SSAO (not to the point where you glow like in NH servers), increased HDR, HDR blending, water shadows, color grading, BattleDust, particles receive shadows.
- C4 limit, AV mine limit, Claymore limit and FGL limit have been increased to 999.
- Decreased speed mode energy usage from 50 to 35.
- Increased strength scale from 1 to 9.
- Decreased field of view from 60 to 50.
Power Struggle Specific Settings and Mods:
- Time Limit: 150 minutes for Mesa, Beach, Shore and Tarmac, 120 minutes for the rest
- Frag Limit: Disabled for all PS maps. The only way to end it is the proper way - nuke the enemy base.
- Revive Time: 10
- Energy Scale Income: 0.5
- Energy Scale Price: 1
Starting Prestige
The starting prestige per rank has been slightly modified. Here is a list.
- Private: 100 pp
- Corporal: 200 pp
- Sergeant: 300 pp
- Lieutenant: 400 pp
- Captain: 500 pp
- Major: 600 pp
- Colonel: 750 pp
- General: 1000 pp
Starting Equipment
Starting equipment per rank has also been slightly modified. Again, here is a list to keep things simple.

- Lockpick Kit: 25 pp (was 50 pp)
- Radar Kit: 75 pp (was 100 pp)
- Sniper Scope: 75 pp (was 100 pp)
- EMP Grenade: 25 pp (was 50 pp)
- C4: 100 pp (was 150 pp)
- SCAR: 200 pp (was 175 pp)
- Gauss Rifle: 500 pp (was 600 pp)
- Battle Tank: 500 pp (was 450 pp)
- TAC Gun: 750 pp (was 500 pp)
- Light TAC Tank: 1000 pp (was 750 pp)
- Heavy TAC Tank: 1200 pp (was 1000 pp)
- Attack Helicopter: 750 pp (was 350 pp)
- VTOL: 1000 pp (was 450 pp)
Vehicle Modifications
Some vehicles have undergone some modification. Here is a list of what I've done to them.
- Gauss LTV: Now a spawn vehicle and 100 pp instead of 200 pp. Team limit is 4.
- Spawn Truck: Increased team limit from 3 to 4.
- ASV: Now a spawn vehicle. Team limit is 4.
- ICV: Now a spawn vehicle. Team limit is 4.
- Amphibious APC: Now a spawn vehicle, team limit is 4.
- Gauss Tank: Replaced standard ShiTen turret with Gauss Rifle turret.
- NEW - Light TAC Tank: Now spawns Heavy TAC Tank.
- NEW - US TAC Tank: Now spawns Heavy Singularity Tank.
- VTOL: Now a spawn vehicle, limited to two per team.

- Time Limit: 60 minutes on Battle Ground and Savanna, 30 minutes for the rest.
